AI Credits are used for AI Task. Credit usage Depends on the Cost of Model. Different models consumes different amounts of credits. For example, GPT-3.5 takes 1x, GPT-4o-mini takes 0.5x credits, GPT-4o takes 5x credits, GPT-4 Turbo takes 10x, while GPT-4 takes 20x credits.
Is there is any extra charges for number of messages?
No, there are no extra changes for messages. You will only pay for what AI Credits you will consume.
Is there is any limit for number of messages?
No, there is no limit for number of messages. Each plan includes its own AI Credits limit.
Is the chatbot multilingual?
Yes, our chatbot is indeed multilingual and supports over 100 languages.

How do I train my chatbot?
To train the chatbot, you have several options. You can provide a website link, a sitemap link, a Help Center Link, notion documents, or a YouTube video. Simply enter a URL, and the chatbot will be trained using the content found on that webpage. Additionally, you can train your chatbot using text, or by uploading CSV, TXT, PDF, DOCX, PPTX, or MD files.
Is the chatbot automatically updated when the website content changes?
Currently, to initiate a retraining, you need to access the dashboard and manually click the ReIndex button. You can also set the reindexing time to periodically update the chatbot in response to website content changes.
How long training takes?
It depends on the number of pages you are training. But usually, it should be done within a few minutes.
What is the process for integrating the chatbot into my website?
Each chatbot comes with its unique widget code, which you can utilize to seamlessly embed the chatbot on your website. Additionally, you have the option to create a direct link to the chatbot from your site.
Which integrations are available in the basic plan?
We provide a wide variety of integrations, such as Discord, Slack, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, and others. These integrations are available across all our plans, including the starter plan.
What happens when my credits limit is reached?
You will receive emails when 50% of credits, 70% are utilized, and when 100% are used up. At that point, you have the option to purchase additional credits through our add-on plans.
