Simply enter a URL, and the chatbot will be trained using the content found on that webpage. Additionally, you can train your chatbot using text, or by uploading CSV, TXT, PDF, DOCX, PPTX, or MD files.

Is the chatbot automatically updated when the website content changes?

Currently, to initiate a retraining, you need to access the dashboard and manually click the ReIndex button. You can also set the reindexing time to periodically update the chatbot in response to website content changes.

How long training takes?

It depends on the number of pages you are training. But usually, it should be done within a few minutes.
