Crisp puts a full Hugo-handled conversation at around $0.05 to $0.10 and notes that different models carry different usage costs, so a frontier model drains the pool faster than a cheaper one. YourGPT starts at $39 a month on annual billing. Price is not really where the two separate. YourGPT's case is what the AI does: end-to-end resolution, custom API actions beyond a fixed integration list, a model you can switch or fine-tune, outbound voice, proactive agents, and lead qualification into sales. Compare total capability for the work you want automated rather than the sticker price.

Crisp's Hugo runs on OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and Mistral models, plus models Crisp hosts itself, which is a genuinely broad set. Crisp's documentation also states that you cannot connect your own model or an external provider API key.
