Automatic Operator Assignment: When the chatbot encounters a query it cannot handle, it will attempt to assign the conversation to a live operator.

Availability Check: The system checks for available online operators.

  • If Available: The chat is assigned to an online operator, and a note is added so operator get notified.
  • If Unavailable: The system notifies the user that support is currently offline and assures them that they will be connected as soon as an operator is available.
